Enquiry information

We collect the company, contact details, destination, service, application area, project stage, any parts list, target date, and brief you submit to assess and respond to your procurement enquiry. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Who receives it

The sourcing team reviews your request. Relevant information may be shared with suppliers and logistics partners where needed to prepare or fulfil a quotation, and with parties entitled to require it for compliance. Necessary disclosures will be clarified during the sourcing process.

Storage and your choices

Draft part lists are held in this browser’s session storage and normally disappear when the tab is closed. Submitted enquiries are stored on the server. We use a necessary session cookie for request security, and no advertising or analytics cookies.

Unconverted enquiries are scheduled for deletion after 180 days unless another documented retention obligation applies. Information needed for accepted orders requires a separate retention policy.
